Once Europe's premier tourist attraction, the Old Town of Frankfurt was destroyed in the Second World War and suffered further during urban renewal projects later in the century. This tour will take you to the surviving and reconstructed parts of the city. Together, we will learn about the architectural history of Frankfurt's many churches, trade yards, and half-timbered houses.
